We pride ourselves on providing quality and accurate service to our clients, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team.

The Role

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a team that performs critical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacy network. This role works alternating weekends on a 4-day, 10-hour weekly schedule, with the opportunity to work remotely from home on weekend days. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network
  • Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications
  • Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate medication benefits assignment in multiple systems
  • Supporting client needs on requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data
  • Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems
  • Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients
  • Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on any topic related to the claimant's current or previous medications

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training
  • Proficiency in the use of computers, multiple software systems, and learning of new programs
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as letters and reports
  • Excellent understanding of proper telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Exceptional editing, grammar, and spelling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing processes and needs

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with and experience working in a dedicated team environment

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and Workers Compensation benefit management
