Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our healthcare customers, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service and extending courtesy and professionalism

  • Input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless customer interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed support

Requirements

* At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
  • Availability to work during the following hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm EST (40-hour work week)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
