Our IT Enterprise Technology team is responsible for delivering Business Innovation Services at arenaflex, which includes Enterprise Engineering, Center of Excellence, promoting a culture of agility, API, DevOps, and empowering cross-functional teams with QE and SDET (Software Developer in Test) skills.
Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our IT team in delivering high-quality data entry services. You will work closely with our team to ensure accurate and efficient data processing, analysis, and reporting. Key Responsibilities
* Process and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Develop and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
- Develop and maintain data entry processes and procedures
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure data security and compliance
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2.5 GPA or higher and completion of at least 3 years in a school program
- Strong scientific, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Familiarity with cloud technology, software development lifecycles, and computer hardware components
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Experience with data entry software such as Excel, Access, or SQL
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Experience with data security and compliance regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS
