Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Local Kansas City team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, responding to consumer inquiries and issues, and meeting performance goals in areas such as efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues via inbound calls

• Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
• Meet performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to clients

Requirements

* 1 year of recent call center experience

• 6 months of previous remote work experience
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency (test required)
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment

• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Certification in customer service or a related field
