Job Overview

As a Retail Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality sales service, meeting sales objectives, and providing superior customer service while meeting operational demands. Your performance will be measured based on your personal and productivity objectives, as well as your ability to provide every customer with an exceptional in-store experience.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

* Novice Retail Professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Ability to comfortably engage with customers and provide an elevated customer experience

• Ability to begin fulfilling obligations or responsibilities without the requirement for constant direction
• Adaptability in scheduling, including availability on weekends, holidays, and during nontraditional hours
