Position Overview
As a full stack data entry professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data accurately. Key Responsibilities
* Enter, update, and verify data accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or video conferencing
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that all data is processed efficiently and effectively
- Conduct site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software as needed
- Communicate with clients to confirm that issues have been resolved
- Complete service orders to avoid functional delays in resolving issues
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
