Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Work From Home Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat
• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Promoting additional products or services to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating account information as needed

Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability
• Upselling products or services to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction
• Resolving customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating account information as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Proficient data entry skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle various customer personalities
• Sales experience preferred for upselling opportunities (not required)
• Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate phone etiquette

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Technical Requirements

To perform this role, you'll need:

• A computer with a monitor or laptop with a monitor
• Reliable internet access
• Phone service (no Magic Jack)

Availability

We're looking for candidates who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week. Shifts may vary, including:

• 10-hour shifts
• 4-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Morning shifts
• Night shifts
