Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to Amazon customers via live chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate conflicts and turn negative experiences into positive ones
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or live chat environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs and preferences

Preferred Qualifications:
