- Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, while maintaining a professional and friendly tone
- Collaborating with the arenaflex team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
- The ability to work independently, closely follow provided instructions, and commit to a minimum availability of 5+ hours per week
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
