Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Amazon Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in empowering our customers to take their medications correctly and achieve better overall wellness. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service to Amazon customers through phone and email
• Utilizing software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
• Assisting customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
