The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in promoting and selling our products and services to both new and existing clients. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with business clients, addressing and resolving any customer issues or complaints, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and outcomes within agreed-upon timelines.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell products/services to both new and existing clients

  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with business clients to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints, ensuring a smooth experience and maximum satisfaction
  • Meet sales targets and consistently exceed sales goals and outcomes within agreed-upon timelines
  • Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure coordinated and effective sales efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients efficiently
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools
