Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for entering data into our systems, analyzing data to identify trends and insights, and providing recommendations to improve business processes. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* 30% Execute existing data entry and analytical tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- 20% Use data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests
- 20% Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail
- 20% Develop additional technical skills and subject matter expertise within the core functional team
- 10% Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the overall plan
Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports
This position reports to a Supervisor and has no immediate reports.
Travel Requirements
This position requires occasional travel under 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements
Most time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is continuous opportunity to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects.
Working Conditions
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any adverse conditions would be rare and not hazardous.
Preferred Qualifications
* Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks
- 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, reviewing, and estimating
- Earlier direct involvement in investigating the relevant topic (e.g. Inventory network, Marketing, Activities, etc.)
- B.S. in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Finance, or related quantitative field
