Major Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support to customers, using your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to find solutions
- Listening to customers and using your deductive reasoning skills to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support
A Day in the Life
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a comfortable and productive work environment. Your day will be filled with:
- Relaying important information about arenaflex products and services to customers, updating customer accounts and solving billing questions
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting devices across arenaflex systems
- Helping customers understand the arenaflex value proposition and providing customer lifestyle solutions
- Participating in coaching, team meetings, and 1:1 development time to grow and develop your career at arenaflex
Compensation and Benefits

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or sales environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
Work Environment
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a comfortable and productive work environment. You'll need:
- A designated private workspace at home
- High-speed internet (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) with the ability to hardwire via Ethernet from cable modem to your PC
- At least 25mbps download and 15mbps upload speeds
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace
