Key Responsibilities

As a Client Care Guide, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to our clients via telephone, email, and online. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Helping clients and other counselors with charging/protection checks, items, or service questions
  • Overseeing both inbound and outbound calls
  • Proactively identifying answers to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction
  • Adopting an empathetic approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or escalating to pharmacy specialists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is required
  • Providing specialized help to our clients while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com
  • Serving clients promptly to ensure we're building a long-term relationship with them
  • Viewing every interaction as an opportunity to build a lasting relationship with our clients

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
