Job Description
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing sales paperwork for accuracy against customer contract and documentation
- Processing sales paperwork in our computer system and following applicable procedures
- Releasing new orders and change orders to manufacturing
- Verifying finished goods (stock) requests and moving pending stock as needed
- Maintaining master tooling files
- Processing obsolete lists as needed (at minimum twice per year)
- Invoicing and filing sales documents
- Prioritizing and organizing work-loads to meet deadlines
- Answering phones and other miscellaneous duties as needed
- Responding to emails quickly and sending out emails to management and suppliers
- Scanning incoming and outgoing materials and inputting data into systems
- Creating orders into the systems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- The ability to read sales forms and input data into our computer system
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Basic Microsoft Office software experience (Word & Excel primarily)
- Resourcefulness in identifying and solving problems
- A positive, service-oriented focus and communication in any situation
