Sunmark Credit Union is a local credit union making a big difference in our community. As a Member Solution Specialist, you'll assist members with their financial needs, provide service through call center channels, and contribute to a positive member experience.

Responsibilities

  • Providing service to members by relaying information through call center channels
  • Responding with accurate information
  • Researching and solving members' questions, problems, and complaints
  • Cross-selling credit union services to qualified members
  • Opening, servicing, and closing all types of personal and business accounts
  • Ensuring accuracy

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience with demonstrated sales ability
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective and professional communication skills
  • Obtain NMLS certification upon hire

Benefits

  • Eligible for hybrid schedule after training period, typically 3-4 months, up to 2 days work from home, upon management approval.
