Job Summary

As a remote customer support specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a part-time position, with a competitive hourly rate of $26.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical or IT environment
