Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, leveraging your expertise to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media interactions with customers

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple interactions simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM platforms and customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Previous experience working from home or in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and customer service software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
