Job Description
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Business Analysis and Insights team. You'll work closely with our senior leadership to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform our business decisions. Your expertise will help us drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and stay ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, identify opportunities, and develop solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Experience working with big data tools and technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
- Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
Skills and Competencies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools
