Key Responsibilities
As a Product Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing land seller items, including:
Setting up and maintaining land seller profiles
in the visit management framework, including merchant settlement data, parent/chain connections, and stock portions, where relevant.
Setting up and maintaining all pricing and selling rules
for all direct land merchants.
Setting up design and rules
for all electronically associated sellers.
Managing land item workflows
for new destinations.
Screening land items for severe weather conditions
and suggesting and setting up mitigation strategies where necessary.
Participating in investigating visit management framework technology issues
, and collaborating with external technology partners (e.g., IBS and HotelBeds).
Providing pricing and sales data
to marketing materials.
Collaborating with Product Development
on individual seller issues requiring clarity and resolution, as well as assisting with hotel oversell circumstances.
Helping other arenaflex divisions
with questions or issues related to destinations and land item offerings.
Providing and assisting
arenaflex offices with client resolution for land items on a case-by-case basis.
Collaborating with Product Development
to create and meet yearly open for sale (OFS) schedules.
Assisting Item Activities Facilitator
with hotel stock management, land reporting, and other tasks as necessary.
Assisting with emergency management
for catastrophic events and crisis situations.
Establishing and encouraging entrusting associations
with partners at all levels.
