Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers in real-time through our live chat platform to assist with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution
  • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborating with team members to continuously improve the live chat support process and customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or computer science) is a plus
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and software quickly
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Support Professional (CSP))
  • Experience with live chat platforms, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
