Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Log in to the live chat portal each morning and engage with customers, addressing their questions and guiding them through their purchase decisions.

  • Utilize the live chat software's features to efficiently respond to common inquiries and collaborate with a chat supervisor for more complex questions.
  • Complete a concise training program (1-2 hours) to familiarize yourself with the tools and processes before starting your role.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the chat supervisor to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the chat supervisor.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, customer service, etc.) preferred.

  • Ability to work independently, adhere to instructions, and maintain a consistent work schedule.
  • Availability for 5 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed.
