Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner

  • Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, account management, and issue resolution

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and empathetic support
  • Adhere to performance metrics and quality standards to meet or exceed customer expectations

Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using computer software and online tools
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
