What You Will Do

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex passengers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and feedback
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

All You Will Need for Success

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Intermediate Excel and Word experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems (e.g., CRM, ticketing systems)

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous customer service or call center experience
  • Previous banking or financial services experience
  • Familiarity with Episys/Symitar and processing wires
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs
  • Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure
  • Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department
  • Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and customers
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for interest to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits
  • Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance
  • Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams
