Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Store Automation and Development team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for developing a set of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives. You'll work closely with our leadership team to define metrics, develop the data pipeline and dashboards, and report progress towards our goals on a regular basis. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and analyze business issues within your domain and challenge assumptions to help identify underlying drivers; recommend ways to address business issues; and set meaningful expectations based on established progress rules and key metrics.

• Assess proposed business cases for initiatives and projects, translate business requirements into solutions, and align the team to the business strategy while executing expectations.
• Recognize and recommend the most suitable visualization tools based on context and define application design based on user needs; includes building compelling stories based on context, presenting to and influencing different audiences using appropriate data interpretation, and adjusting communication style based on partners.
• Provide overall direction by examining business goals and client needs - includes creating, communicating, building support for, and implementing business processes, plans, and workstreams; investigating costs and estimates and integrating into strategies; and determining and supporting resource requirements.
• Create and use internal and external partnerships and organizations, lead key community engagement and inclusion initiatives, and support partners while adhering to and upholding the organization's principles of integrity and ethics.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business administration)

• Experience with SQL, Python, and big data tools (e.g., Hive)
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and workflow management tools (e.g., Wind current)
• Ability to communicate complex metrics to executives clearly
• Ability to connect the dots between data and its impact on the business
• Experience developing new metrics to track business impact
• Experience leading a team of analysts

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business administration)

• Experience with AI and data science techniques
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
