Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Data Analyst – Insights and Visualization Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Creating engaging and interactive visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Providing data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI, SQL, Alteryx, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create engaging and interactive visualizations
- Experience working with large datasets and developing data quality and governance processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js
