Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity in Texas

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and positioning new solutions that meet our customers' needs. You'll be the face of our company, and your positive attitude, professionalism, and courteous telephone etiquette will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities:

* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions

• Upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits
• Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience
• Provide information about current plans and products
• Identify and position new solutions that align with customers' needs
• Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy

Requirements:

* High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)

• A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
• 18+ years and high school diploma/GED
• Quiet, secured workspace

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
• Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
• Must be able to thrive in a highly structured environment
• Schedule with open availability (evenings/weekends required)
