Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional service to customers via inbound calls, resolving issues and answering questions related to their service, bills, and power outages
- Collaborating with a team of Customer Service Representatives to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Participating in contests, raffles, and team parties to celebrate successes and build a positive work environment
- Working from home with equipment provided, enjoying a casual dress code, and having opportunities for overtime and career advancement
- Analyzing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting customers during occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages
Required Skills and Knowledge
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience working in complex customer service environments
- A stable work history, high school diploma or GED, and authorization to work in the United States
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly analyze customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
- A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages
