Your Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Work From Home, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the go-to expert for all things arenaflex, helping customers navigate our products and services, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on arenaflex products and services

What You'll Need

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • Ability to work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide identification

Preferred Qualifications

* Call center experience

  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills
  • Experience with arenaflex products and services
