What You'll Do in This Role

As an Experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Healthcare) at arenaflex, you'll:

• Enroll existing client customers in mail order pharmacy
• Educate client customers on cost-saving benefits
• Ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to drive business growth and loyalty
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and customers
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 20 WPM
• A valid driver's license (if required to travel to office)
