Job Summary

As a Customer Success Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that drive business success. You'll leverage reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to identify opportunities, develop business value propositions, and promote commercial solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your expertise in digital account management, project management, and customer relationship building will be essential in driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and optimizing marketing and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute account strategies that drive business success, leveraging reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to identify opportunities and develop business value propositions

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize marketing and distribution
  • Promote commercial solutions that meet our clients' needs, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, sales prospecting, sales pipeline and forecasting, and customer relationship building
  • Optimize opportunities that align with sales or return-on-investment (ROI) goals, and create business value propositions based on "the voice of the customer" that drive long-term value creation
  • Evaluate consumer trends, competitor information, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution to inform account strategies and improve customer satisfaction
  • Research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of arenaflex technologies or services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize marketing and distribution

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • Two (2) years of experience in technical customer engagement and account management, including experience with generating product sales and negotiations
  • 24 months of experience in Project management, Building business relationship, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sales prospecting, Sales pipeline and forecasting, and Customer relationship building
  • 12 months of experience in Marketing

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • Three (3) years of experience in technical customer engagement and account management, including experience with generating product sales and negotiations
  • Experience with sales forecasting, sales pipeline management, and customer relationship management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, sales prospecting, sales pipeline and forecasting, and customer relationship building

Skills and Competencies

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Experience with sales forecasting, sales pipeline management, and customer relationship management
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Success Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll be eligible for a competitive salary, benefits, and perks, including:

  • A salary range of $122,699 to $152,699, depending on your experience and qualifications
