Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via various support channels, including phone, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with software navigation and troubleshooting
- Helping customers locate prior returns and amendments
- Escalating calls when necessary
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Earnings Potential
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate, plus incentives. During peak periods, you can earn up to $19 per hour, with opportunities to earn even more during our busiest times. Here's a breakdown of our earnings potential:
- Peak rates: January - April, earn up to $19 per hour
- Non-peak rates: May - December, earn up to $15.60 per hour
- Incentives: Earn additional income during peak periods, with opportunities to earn up to $10 per hour
Schedule
This seasonal contract starts in January and runs through April 15th, 2024. You'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with opportunities to work weekday and weekend shifts. Our schedule is available between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A sincere desire to assist customers
- Tech savvy and avid computer user
- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems
- Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor
- Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area
- Professional appearance (if on camera)
- Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
- Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
- Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
- USB headset with microphone
- A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract
Important Information
We're currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
