About the Role:

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Directing data analysis to make business or product proposals (i.e., cost savings, investment opportunities, determining, influence analysis)
• Presenting findings and proposals to various levels of stakeholders, creating visual presentations of quantitative data
• Creating and automating reports, iteratively building and modeling dashboards to provide insights at scale, addressing scientific needs
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, identifying and completing analysis that includes data collection, analysis, continuous scaled expectations, and presentations
• Assisting arenaflex in focusing on key decisions to improve products and services

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Analysis and Interpretation: + Direct data analysis to make business or product proposals + Present findings and proposals to various levels of stakeholders + Create visual presentations of quantitative data

• Report Creation and Automation:

+ Create and automate reports + Build and model dashboards to provide insights at scale + Address scientific needs

• Collaboration and Communication:

+ Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business needs + Identify and complete analysis that includes data collection, analysis, continuous scaled expectations, and presentations + Assist arenaflex in focusing on key decisions to improve products and services

• Other Responsibilities:

+ Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices + Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Sciences, etc.)

• Experience working with data sets (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, etc.)
• Experience articulating research questions, extracting data from datasets (SQL), and using insights to arrive at a conclusion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing a graduate degree in a quantitative field

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.)
• Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
• Strong business acumen and ability to make recommendations based on data analysis
