Job Summary

As an entry-level customer support representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, every time, every touchpoint. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their concerns

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information and assistance to customers regarding flights, fares, and travel arrangements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) to include, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety toe footwear, defensive headwear (hard hat or hard cap), and high visibility safety attire subject to an approved convenience, like substitute PPE
  • Valid driver's license required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline environment

  • Knowledge of airline operations, including flight schedules, fares, and travel arrangements
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
