Requirements

• Job Requirement

  1. Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services (supervisory experience preferred).

  • Previous experience in managing teams and client relationships is an asset.

  2. Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Post-secondary education in business, management, or a related field is a plus.

  3. Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards.

  • Ability to understand and enforce cleaning specifications and schedules.

  4. Management & Leadership:

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.

  • Ability to supervise, motivate, and coach cleaning staff across multiple locations.

  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

  5. Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and resolve service issues promptly.

  6. Mobility & Flexibility:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Willingness to travel between sites (often daily).

  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend work as needed.

  7. Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk, stand, and move around facilities for extended periods.

  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform light cleaning tasks if required.

  8. Compliance & Safety:

  • Understanding of health and safety regulations (e.g., WHMIS, OSHA).

  • Ability to conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.
