Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a temp to hire basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing routine and consistent data entry associated with sensitive and confidential information. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of data formats, including paper and PDFs, and will be responsible for keying historical transaction data into Excel spreadsheets. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks, including:

• Performing routine and consistent data entry associated with sensitive and confidential information
• Keying historical transaction data from paper and PDFs to Excel spreadsheets
• Assisting with the upload of data
• Organizing and recording the law firm's monthly processes and progress in Excel
• Collaborating with managers on issues and resolutions regarding the data

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 2+ years of previous data entry experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to identify and resolve data formatting and manipulation issues
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organization skills
