What You'll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and delivering personalized support to our customers. Your day will be filled with:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers
  • Conducting research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience

  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
  • A smartphone or device running IOS or Android for daily log-in
