Position:

Full Stack Chat Agent Senior Associate – Customer Engagement and Sales

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Chat Agent Senior Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and deepening customer relationships by providing empathetic, efficient, and responsive service that reflects our brand and culture
  • Proactively identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate arenaflex coverages and products, or referring them to arenaflex partners
  • Taking reactive and proactive chats to gather information and close sales on personal lines insurance
  • Achieving daily sales and productivity standards
  • Thriving in an environment of change and committed to professional development
  • Efficiently using resources to accurately issue policies in compliance with underwriting and state-mandated requirements, as measured by survival and quality results
  • Assisting new customers with navigating arenaflex.com to complete the sales process and ensure a successful onboarding experience with our organization

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the insurance industry (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
