The Role

As an Entry-Level Customer Relations Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and communicating in an effective and amicable approach
• Helping to resolve customer requests by providing targeted product recommendations that address their needs and wants
• Providing product or services quotes based on customer inquiries and preparing them for the installation and delivery process
• Assisting our sales team by helping to guarantee customers with helpful solutions to their problems and ensuring they feel valued throughout their experience
• Attending additional weekly training to become a product expert and increase success
• Working in a collaborative environment with fellow Customer Relations Representatives to brainstorm process improvements, review new product/service offerings, and troubleshoot product issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment
• A strong desire to develop new skills that will help you grow both personally and professionally
• The ability to work in a people-oriented setting and the drive to want to learn from others
• Self-discipline to work in a collaborative environment and the ability to be independent and work alone with little to no supervision
• High-level verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail to produce quality work

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Familiarity with sales and marketing principles
• Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
