Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and changes
  • Providing accurate information about airline policies and procedures
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner

  • Documenting customer interactions and updating their information in the database accurately
