As a Customer Service Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our facility remains a clean, organized, and welcoming space for all users. Your key responsibilities will include: - Welcoming, greeting, and assisting all students, members, and visitors entering the facility - Opening and closing the fitness facility, ensuring proper access and security - Maintaining a clean and organized environment for all facility users - Operating a cash register and handling financial transactions - Working independently while providing exceptional customer service
What is Required: Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: - High school education or equivalent - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of employment - Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook - Ability to run a cash register and work independently - No prior experience necessary
