Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our customers, addressing a wide range of inquiries and concerns related to our products and services. You will work closely with our team to resolve complex issues, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time, work-from-home position, requiring a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing a wide range of inquiries and concerns related to arenaflex products and services

  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, often requiring collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and technical specifications
  • Provide personalized recommendations to customers, helping them navigate our offerings and achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with our technical teams to resolve technical issues and provide timely resolutions to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets

Requirements

* At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work a set schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace, with a quiet and distraction-free environment
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of identity and work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

* Call center experience, with a strong understanding of call center operations and metrics

  • Advanced typing and keyboarding skills, with the ability to type 40+ words per minute
  • Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a strong willingness to learn and develop expertise
