The Role

As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and identifying and reporting trends in customer issues to improve overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and report trends in customer issues to improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field (1+ year)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in typing and using live chat software
  • Experience with live chat software is a plus
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
