Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat, ensuring customer queries are resolved promptly and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Interaction:

Respond to customer inquiries via online chat promptly and professionally, using your excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.

Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products or services, providing clear and accurate solutions that meet the customer's needs.

Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, answering questions, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, using our customer support software to track and analyze customer feedback.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Technical Support, and Product Development to resolve complex customer issues and improve our products and services.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers and improve our customer service.

Feedback Collection:

Gather customer feedback and report common issues or trends to the management team for continuous improvement and process optimization.

Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

Availability:
