Job Summary
As a Pharmacy Technician - Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing professional phone assistance to our members, providers, and other stakeholders through our criteria-based prior authorization process. You'll maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfer all clinical questions and judgment calls to our pharmacists. Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional phone assistance to members, providers, and other stakeholders through our criteria-based prior authorization process
- Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials
- Transfer all clinical questions and judgment calls to our pharmacists
- Respond to member and provider inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our team to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Minimum Requirements

Education:
Verifiable High School diploma or GED required
Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position with high-volume call center experience, preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position
Certification:
Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at a State or National level
