The Role

As a Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to address both support and sales inquiries from new and existing customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a device capable of using social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
