What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns
  • Utilizing product knowledge to consult with customers and provide personalized solutions
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and follow-up

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Reside within Tennessee
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Proficiency in computer software and high-speed internet (40mbps or higher)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
