Experienced Full Stack Senior Product Designer – Customer Experience at arenaflex

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products, working cross-functionally with research, product, engineering, analytics, and business teams to drive the vision and strategy.

The Role
As a Senior Product Designer on our CXI Design team, you'll be responsible for leading the user experience of our products, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting visions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build and ship your designs, deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities, and create, collaborate, and refine flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting visions
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to build and ship your designs
- Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
- Create, collaborate, and refine flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Design and ship high-quality product improvements
What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years of work experience as a Senior Product Designer or equivalent
- Passion for complex problem spaces and ability to bring clarity to teams through mastery of the design process
- Experience leading product strategy and vision for new product areas
- Ability to balance strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve elegant solutions
- Value for high-quality, well-crafted visual design and attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive salary range: $152,000 - $228,000 USD
