What You'll Be Doing

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for connecting people with solutions that help them reach their financial goals through consultative conversations via phone. You'll take ownership of customer requests, actively listen to understand the underlying needs of a customer's request, and navigate through the nuances of their situations to provide personalized solutions. You'll also be responsible for understanding the suite of products and services available across multiple channels (digital, face-to-face, high net worth, etc.) and position appropriate solutions based on the customer's need.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect people with solutions that help them reach their financial goals through consultative conversations via phone

  • Take ownership of customer requests by navigating through the nuances of their situations
  • Actively listen to understand the underlying needs of a customer's request
  • Understand the suite of products and services available across multiple channels (digital, face-to-face, high net worth, etc.) and position appropriate solutions based on the customer's need
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

What You Bring

* A college degree is preferred, but a high school diploma or GED is also accepted

  • Customer service experience is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Added Bonus

* Spanish bilingual skills are a plus

  • Ability to tenaciously solve problems with tact, efficiency, and follow-through to identify opportunities to improve operational processes and procedures
  • Ability to exercise scrutiny when confronted with conflicting information
  • Desire to explore a broad array of opportunities across our organization
