- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide informed support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve customer issues
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
- Reliable internet connection and access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
- Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to meet changing business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
